PSDNetwork meeting on DRCongo  brings togheter the variety of themes of the Network.  During this Expert day we will look at the different stake holders in DRC with the following guiding questions:

 
Guiding Questions
1)      What are the roles for state and non state actors in DRC  and what are opportunities and challenges for working more effectively together within the context of Peace, Security and Development, and co-operation. (experience)
2)      Which of these obstacles need to be overcome to create a more coherent policy on co-operation and practice toward these different actors (ideal)
3)      What should be done by the different Dutch actors in realizing this (accomplish)
